Voters are excited about new things in the city. A new fountain, a new cobblestone then torn down because the trees were forgotten, the swimming pool, the financing of the football club. However, it all costs money. The fight for EU money, but also a light hand in spending on attractions, to which you only have to add later, bring some Polish cities to the brink.
