The Kursk Industrial Court found blogger-rapper Akim Apachev guilty of disorderly conduct because of a trip to Suja and the graffiti made there. He was sentenced to a fine of 70,000 rubles. The defendant's lawyer stated that he would not appeal this decision, as the blogger pleaded guilty and regrets.
