Yukon Conservation Society wants to bring 'guerilla solar' movement north

The Yukon Conservation Society recently took to social media to encourage people to use plug-in solar panels, a technology rapidly growing in popularity in the face of rising energy costs. The Yukon government, however, says the installation of uncertified electrical equipment is illegal.
