Youth gains, development priorities outlined in 7th SOBYA
COTABATO CITY—The Bangsamoro Youth Commission (BYC) reported its accomplishments and laid out its priorities for youth development during the 7th State of the Bangsamoro Youth Address (SOBYA) on Aug. 12, here. In his address, BYC Chairperson Nasserudin Dunding highlighted programs centered on priority areas including governance, education, peacebuilding and security, and active citizenship.
