'Do Not Eat' - Fish Product Sold at UK Supermarkets Such as Tesco and Asda Recalled

On Friday 19 December 2025, the Food Standards Agency issued an Allergy Alert and a 'do not eat' warning after Young’s Seafood recalled Young’s Gastro 2 Lemon & Pepper Fish Fillets due to undeclared mustard.
The recall stems from mustard not declared on the label, and affected packs are 270g frozen fillets with batch code F2 L5283, best before end October 2026, sold at Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda.
Shoppers are asked to return the product to the store for a full refund, and those unable to visit can email care@youngsseafood.co.uk for assistance; Young’s Seafood apologised and said it takes safety and quality seriously.
