Yerevan: Clashes broke out again at the Armenian-Azerbaijan border

Summary by Ground News
Border clashes on Thursday left an Azerbaijani serviceman dead and four Armenian troops injured. Baku and Yerevan are locked in a decades-long territorial dispute over Azerbaijan's Armenian-populated region of Nagorno-Karabakh. The two countries went to war in 2020 and in the 1990s over disputed territories. The West has stepped up mediation as the clout of Russia wanes due to its invasion of Ukraine.
