Yerba Madre Appoints Steve Lesnard as Chief Executive Officer
The company said Lesnard will focus on brand awareness, distribution and growth as outgoing CEO Ben Mand becomes an advisor.
On Monday, July 20, 2026, Yerba Madre appointed brand veteran Steve Lesnard as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Ben Mand who led the company through operational transformation.
Mand led the company through a supply chain overhaul and the brand's transition from Guayakí to Yerba Madre, and will remain as an advisor to the Board of Directors.
Lesnard brings two decades of business-building experience from Nike, The North Face, Sephora, and Godiva to the 30-year pioneer operating in over 45,000 retail locations across North America.
Scott Miller, co-founder and CEO of YESLY Water, joined the Board of Directors, bringing beverage distribution experience from Keurig Dr Pepper and Tampico.
Focused on expanding distribution, Yerba Madre is entering a new era with Lesnard noting the brand's "extraordinary foundation" allows it to deliver superior products while restoring ecosystems.
