- This hit-and-run attack targeted the Yelwata community in Guma LGA and resulted in over 150 deaths, following misleading initial intelligence on other locations.
- Musa revealed criminals were sheltered with food, women, and guidance to IDP camps, while troops had received broad intelligence and mobilized accordingly but got no specific tip-off.
