Yamaha Introduces Its Most Compact Dolby Atmos® Sound Bar with Built-in Subwoofer
The $249.95 model keeps an all-in-one design with no external subwoofer or surround speaker support, Yamaha said.
- On Tuesday, September 15, Yamaha unveiled the B200A compact soundbar, featuring Dolby Atmos and an integrated subwoofer designed for bedrooms, apartments, and gaming setups.
- The B200A succeeds the SR-C20A introduced in 2020, maintaining the compact 23.5-inch wide design while adding Dolby Atmos and enhanced audio processing capabilities.
- Yamaha equipped the soundbar with HDMI eARC/ARC, optical, and Bluetooth connectivity, plus Clear Voice technology and Bass Extension mode that delivers "3D immersive sound."
- Alex Sadeghian, director of consumer audio at Yamaha, said the B200A targets buyers who "want better sound without giving up valuable space," retailing for $250 in November.
