The breach originated from a targeted phishing attack on January 20, 2026, which Xsolis identified on January 22, 2026, when unauthorized activity impacted a limited portion of its environment.
Upon discovery, Xsolis immediately interrupted and contained the activity, launched an investigation with cybersecurity experts, and notified law enforcement while implementing additional security protocols.
Affected individuals may contact a dedicated assistance line available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time; Xsolis is offering complimentary identity monitoring services to eligible individuals.
No unauthorized activity has occurred within Xsolis's environment since January 22, 2026, with no known misuse reported as of the announcement date; the company encourages individuals to review account statements and credit reports.
