Xryma Plc approved to trade on Euronext Paris Stock Exchange
The technical direct listing will quote 110,079,450 existing shares in euros under the ticker XRY and raise no new capital, the company said.
On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission approved Xryma Plc's prospectus for admission to Euronext Paris, with trading expected to commence on Friday, July 24, 2026.
Founded seven years ago, Xryma Plc operates a regulated banktech platform providing payment services and banking software, generating €53.4 million in fee-based, transaction-driven revenue in the 2025 financial year.
The company will undergo a technical direct listing with 110,079,450 ordinary shares quoted under ticker symbol 'XRY', involving no new capital issuance or share offering.
Non-Executive Chairman Takis Taoushanis called the prospectus approval "a significant achievement in our corporate journey," while Group CEO and Managing Director Nikogiannis Karantzis highlighted increased transparency for investors.
The prospectus will be passported to France via the Autorité des marchés financiers , positioning the infrastructure-led business to strengthen capital market access and support future growth.
