WYANDOTTE, Okla. (KOAM) -- A federal judge rejects sentencing recommendations for a former Wyandotte teacher and her husband for neglecting their mentally disabled child.

A Federal Judge has declined a plea agreement for a former Wyandotte, Oklahoma Special Education teacher and her husband convicted of neglect of their 15-year-old special needs child.
