WVDOH shares what to do when there's a dead animal blocking the road

According to State Farm, West Virginia drivers face about a 1 in 40 chance of hitting a deer or another animal on the road, significantly higher than the national average.  And deer aren't the only animals drivers may encounter. Raccoons, coyotes, and bears can also end up in the roadway.  #WOAY
