South Korea, currently ranked as the world's fifth strongest military power, has officially commenced deliveries from a new batch of K2 Black Panther main battle tanks to Poland. Under a massive $6.5 billion contract signed with Hyundai Rotem, Poland has just received its first twenty-eight tanks from a scheduled second batch of 180 vehicles.
Last week the first supply of K2GF Black Panther tanks under Implementing Agreement No. 2 was landed in Poland. The delivery made included 28 K2GF tanks, along with sufficient supply of ammunition and the tools necessary for the ordinary maintenance of acquired vehicles....
