A 70-year-old woman who first responders pulled from the San Marcos River has died, the city said in a statement.

Woman pronounced dead after drowning at Rio Vista

A 70-year-old woman has died after underwater diving at Rio Vista Park.  At 9:48 a.m., San Marcos Police and Fire Departments responded to a water rescue at Rio Vista Park.
