Woman found dead underneath former Ketchikan building supply store

An 18-year-old woman was found deceased Monday morning in the water of Tongass Narrows beneath the former Talbot’s Building Supply store near the north end of Berth 4, according to Ketchikan Police Chief Eric Mattson.
