A woman was found dead Tuesday morning on the roof of the administrative area of the Sandy Hills Condominium in Luquillo. The woman was identified as 30-year-old Priscilla Gumbe Arce, resident of Rio Grande. Neighbors claim that they heard her body fall from the building.
