RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Officers stopped a speeding vehicle that nearly swerved into their oncoming cruiser near Little Caesar’s Pizza on Richmond Road, around 10:45 p.m. Sept. 26.Detecting signs of intoxication, they asked her to step out of the vehicle. When she did, she walked to the back of her vehicle, dropped her pants, squatted and urinated.
