Woman arrested in deadly Dorchester Road hit-and-run crash

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – A woman has been arrested in connection with a deadly August 28 hit-and-run crash on Dorchester Road. Officers with the Summerville Police Department responded to the crash near Parlor Drive after receiving reports that a vehicle struck a pedestrian during the early morning hours.
