An Arizona woman who flipped a Dodge Durango on Interstate 95 while driving drunk early Friday morning took a state trooper’s Taser and tried to use it, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.According to an arrest report, that led troopers to arrest Alexis Mackenzie Franke, 24, of Phoenix, on two felony charges and a misdemeanor.Authorities said the crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-95 near Northwest 135th Street in North Miami.The r…
