Woman accused of abusing dog, spitting in someone’s face

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A woman was arrested and charged with four misdemeanors in Audrain County after authorities say she abused a dog and spit in someone’s face. Jeane Eisele, of Auxvasse, was charged on Friday with animal abuse, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest. A warrant was issued and no bond was set.
