- Security footage shows Grayson shoved the shift lead and struck her face. The worker suffered 'scratches' and 'a chunk of hair' pulled from her head during the struggle.
- Medics transported Grayson to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after the incident. Officials have not yet determined her exact cause of death.
- As of Tuesday, no arrests have been made. The Fort Wayne Police Department stated, 'any loss of life is tragic,' while detectives await medical findings and continue reviewing evidence.
