The assets managed by the Afores in Mexico were placed among the most dynamic within the OECD during 2025. According to preliminary data published recently , these resources grew 20.7% in nominal terms and in local currency since the end of 2024, almost double the average advance of the member countries , which was 11.7% . At the end of 2025, these assets totaled 504,674 million dollars, equivalent to 25.7% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
