ABINGDON, Va. — A Wise County man has signed a plea agreement admitting to a federal drug charge. Michael Paul Large Michael Paul Large, 47, of Coeburn, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of meth.
