‘Winning life’s lottery’: Officials cut ribbon on first Catherine Hershey Schools early learning center

Three years ago Milton Hershey School announced an ambitious $350 million initiative to initially develop six early childhood centers in Pennsylvania that would serve children from 6 weeks to 5 years old from “under-resourced” or over-burdened backgrounds, with all costs covered for qualifying families.
