DORH has a recording: Dabro let his son (12) throw a bomb

The State Attorney's Office is seeking pretrial detention for former DP minister Josip Dabra.

Croatian police today arrested parliament member Josip Dabra at the request of the state prosecutor's office, Croatian media reported. Dabro resigned as agriculture minister last month over footage of a shooting from a vehicle and returned to the parliamentary benches. Police detained him hours after parliament voted to waive his immunity.

The Croatian Parliament is today deciding on the lifting of the immunity of Homeland Movement MP Josip Dabra, at the proposal of the Mandate and Immunity Commission and at the request of the State Prosecutor's Office (DORH).

The homeland movement will be against it.

Homeland Movement President Ivan Penava said that his party will not vote to lift the immunity of party member Josip Dabra.

The Parliamentary Mandate and Immunity Committee received a request from the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Croatia (DORH) on Monday to lift the immunity of Homeland Movement MP Josip Dabra, according to MIP President Robert Jankovics.
