Hundreds of diesel protesters are in the Oslo area, and a small group has arrived in the city center. At 12 noon, they honked their horns past the Storting, but without causing chaos there.
A large number of larger vehicles are protesting against high fuel prices in the capital.
The demonstration known as "Diesel Roar" has set its course for Oslo. Not everyone is happy about it.
