- According to transcripts and police accounts, Moore entered the staffer's apartment before Dec. 8, grabbed two butter knives, and threatened suicide before arrest.
- On Dec. 12 Moore was held on $25,000 cash/surety bond, arraigned and released, ordered to cease contact and wear a GPS tracking device; he must return on January 22.
