The Nations League match between Croatia and England is technically supposed to be played behind closed doors, but according to The Athletic, Stadion Rujevica could very well be 75 percent full on Saturday after all. Croatian fans are being punished for racist and discriminatory behavior, but the regulations may still allow for some leeway.
