Whitley Fiscal Court approves first reading of $1.2 million borrowing ordinance

WILLIAMSBURG — Whitley County Fiscal Court approved the first reading Tuesday of an ordinance authorizing a general obligation lease for up to $1.2 million in borrowing to help fund ongoing county projects, including blacktopping and the new detention center.
