MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- As the need for more STEM workers grows, a Memphis high school is breaking ground on a brand-new STEM building. During Wednesday's groundbreaking, education leaders announced the 'Herbert Stem Center' will be devoted to science education and laboratory work.
