Thousands of people turned out to White Rock’s waterfront on Wednesday (July 1) to celebrate Canada’s 159th birthday. The free, family-friendly event – dubbed Canada Day by the Bay – featured welcoming remarks, live performances, a Kid’s Zone, a Vendor Row and fireworks.
