While the Colombian Constitutional recognizes the right to algorithmic transparency, Spain tries to shield its opacity

According to the Colombian Constitutional Court, access to the source code is a fundamental guarantee for "avoiding that these technologies lead to the violation of other fundamental rights." On the other hand, the State Attorney's Office tries to shield secrecy from Civio's appeal to the Supreme Court.
