“Pagoda Store, c.1915. Though the Pagoda store was technically in today’s Routt County by a half mile or so, the identifying hills in the near background are squarely in Moffat County. Located on the Williams Fork River, the small ranching community of Pagoda was formed around 1890 and included a school, post office, store and cemetery.
