Workers say confidence, encouragement and training would increase AI use at work, and 57% view AI certifications as career currency, researchers found.
- A new Talker Research survey of 2,000 Americans found that 62% of employed respondents would use AI more often at work if they received proper training, felt encouraged, or gained confidence in its effectiveness.
- Commissioned by Colorado State University Global, the online study reveals that nearly half of Americans have a favorable opinion about AI in the workplace, yet significant barriers remain in adoption.
- Although 48% of workers do not feel qualified to use AI, respondents remain confident in human-oriented strengths, with 55% believing AI cannot replicate empathy and 50% trusting their work ethic and discipline.
