Megan Moroney Ends Denver Concert After Performing 3 Songs
Moroney performed three songs before the venue ended the show and set an Aug. 27 make-up date, with tickets remaining valid.
On Tuesday, July 28, country singer Megan Moroney abruptly ended her concert at Ball Arena in Denver after just three songs due to an unspecified illness.
In an Instagram Stories post, Moroney explained she refused to give fans a show that was not 100%, describing the cancellation as "the hardest decision I ever had to make."
Ball Arena officials directed fans to exit the downtown venue shortly after 9 p.m., while Moroney shared she was "bawling my eyes out" in her dressing room.
The concert is rescheduled for August 27, with all original tickets honored and refunds available for those unable to attend the new date.
Moroney remains on her Cloud 9 Tour, with the next performance scheduled for this Saturday, August 1, at Moda Center in Portland.
