A strong fire broke out in Tijuana today, Monday, January 20, 2025, where a recycling plant in the Realito area was affected. Tijuana Firefighters responded to the report around 11:45 am this Monday, where they indicated that it was a recycling plant. There are around 20 firefighters working in the area, but so far the fire has not been mitigated. Likewise, the reason why the fire started is unknown.
At around 11:45 a.m. on Monday, January 20, a fire was reported at a recycling plant in the Realito area of Tijuana. The incident was reported to the emergency number where officers went and observed a large active fire. At the moment, approximately 20 smoke-eaters from various stations are working on the site.
