Westbrook man accused of lighting Molotov cocktail in restaurant

Portland police have arrested a man they believe tried to set a local restaurant on fire last week using a Molotov cocktail. Police were called to New Buja Belle restaurant and bar on June 20 at around 8 p.m. for reports of a disturbance involving an armed person.
