West Branch man faces decades in prison after allegedly forging name on traffic citations

Hunter 11/11/25 A West Branch man has been arrested after allegedly identifying himself with another identity and signing traffic citations with that name. Police say 68-year-old David Albaugh was stopped April 27th just after 8pm at the Town and Campus Apartments on Arthur Street for having an expired driver’s  license.
