Three separate cases of abuse of office and breach of confidentiality by young judicial employees are shaking the Wels Regional Court. Last Thursday, a legal trainee was reportedly given a six-month suspended sentence for abuse of official authority, breach of confidentiality, and accepting favors. At the same court, two administrative trainees have come under investigation for showing excessive interest in other people's files.
