We have a political shell under the control of the Law and Justice Party (PiS), not the Constitutional Tribunal," Michał Wawrykiewicz, MEP of the Civic Coalition (KO), told Polsat News. "It's time to end this, and it is the state's duty to rebuild a real Tribunal," he emphasized. The politician added that for this to happen, the state may have to effectively allow judges to enter the Constitutional Tribunal building.
