A Belgian court has adjourned until October 15 the consideration of the objection of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency to the seizure of funds owed to it.
A Belgian court has adjourned the hearing on the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency's (PANSA) money seized at Pfizer's request until October 15th, reports RMF FM journalist Katarzyna Szymańska-Borginon. The case involves approximately PLN 6 billion owed to PANSA by airlines for the use of Polish airspace and navigation services. Approximately 80 percent of its revenue has already been seized.
At Pfizer's request, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency's funds were frozen, even though it is not even a party to the case. Poland filed an objection to this with a Belgian court. However, despite a hearing scheduled for Tuesday, the court has not made any decision. It has given itself until October.
