WAYNE -- The Wayne Water & Sewer Board/the Wayne Town Council will have a special meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, at Wayne Town Hall. During their regular meetings on Monday, Sept. 14, Wayne Mayor James Jr. Ramey III identified some topics discussed meetings that could carry over into the special meeting including: accepting credit card payments from utility customers; proposed ordinances; and the Wayne Community Center.
