Calgary – Another dry summer is looming in Alberta, and this has water experts concerned. Hydrologists report water levels are extremely low with mountain headwater snowpacks at some of their lowest ever. Snowpacks account for about 80 per cent of stream flows in Calgary and were low all winter. CBC News report
