A Washburn man will serve time in state prison for vehicle theft, burglary, firearm and drug charges. On March 27, Judge Ann Knox-Bauer found Jesse P. Kelly, 37, of Washburn, guilty as part of a plea agreement for possession of a firearm as a convicted felon (a class G felony); resisting or obstructing an officer (a class A misdemeanor) and take and drive a vehicle without consent 2nd offense
