UPDATE: Eastbound I-70 Traffic at standstill in Columbia, near 63 connector

Traffic is currently jammed on eastbound I-70 near the 63 connector due to a crash in the construction zone. Boone County Joint Communications tells 939 the Eagle that a pickup has struck the median divider where the lanes shift due to construction. We’re told the passing lane is blocked and Joint Communications says eastbound I-70 traffic is backed up to Rangeline at this time.
