Warrant issued for state convict mistakenly released from Dauphin County Prison

On Tuesday, Tymir Murray pleaded guilty to prohibited possession of a firearm, a first-degree felony, and was sentenced by a Dauphin County judge to three to six years of prison.The 20-year-old left the courthouse in the custody of the sheriff’s office and made it to Dauphin County Prison, where he should have waited a week or so to be transported to state prison.
