Addressing a public rally in Sitamarhi, Bihar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the RJD and Congress, laying out the NDA's vision for a developed Bihar. In his most scathing attack, PM Modi said, "Innocent children are being told on RJD platforms that they want to become gangsters. A child from Bihar cannot become a gangster; now our child will become an engineer and a doctor."
