Police arrest murder suspect in one of the early Sunday morning shootings in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police have arrested a suspect in the murder of  20-year-old Elijah Hughes early Sunday in the 4700 block of 16th Avenue South. They say 20-year-old Caundre Douglas, who has no permanent address, was arrested Monday night in Jamestown after a foot chase. Police confirm 'person of interest' in Fargo shootings arrested

Caundre Douglas, 20, of Jamestown, was arrested Monday night. He was also wanted on charges related to a July shooting near Essentia Health in Fargo.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, they assisted several law enforcement agencies in the arrest of a “wanted suspect” in the northeast part of town on Monday, August 4.
