Zhu Mingguo, who served as secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission in Hainan, Chongqing, and Guangdong, was also a key member of the CCP's "blood debt gang" headed by Jiang Zemin and Zeng Qinghong. On November 11, 2016, Zhu Mingguo was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve by the Liuzhou Intermediate People's Court in Guangxi, and all his personal property was confiscated.
